I don't have a particular favorite Christmas memory. As long as the day was spent with all my siblings and my mom they were my favorite!

ReplyDeleteIt was 1971. I loved skating parties. Ten in the evening - hour glass shaped pond with a bridge in the middle - lighting, bonfire, & hot chocolate - 50+ teenagers frolicking on the ice - it didn't get any better than that. As the jokesters swirled around us I struggled to suppress the urge to display my athletic prowess on the ice, and fell in love with Deb - my wife to be. What a memory.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Christmas memory was last year. It was my daughters first christmas. It was truly amazing even if she was only a few months old. I will never forget it.
ReplyDeleteAlready a fan on Facebook. I love your designs.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite Christmas memory is from this year. The joy of my youngest boy (22 month old) when putting our Christmas tree up.
ReplyDeleteFavorite memory, my daughter always hiding my Christmas pixie!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite memory was when I was 5. My older brother told me Santa wasn't real. When I sat on his lap, I pulled on his beard really hard. I got a loud yelp and a few strands in my hand, and then I KNEW he was real; probably until I was about 14!! =)

OOOOO! I already have the announcement and mini accordion from both sets, but I'd love to add everything else from the collection!
ReplyDeleteEvery Christmas has been so great, but my most memorable is probably 2 years ago when my baby was 9 months old. He was so mesmerized by the tree lights and wrapping paper. So fun!

ReplyDeleteMy most memorable Christmas memory was when I was around 8 and had stopped believing in Santa. I was being a real brat about it and so my mom told me that when you talked bad about Santa he would bring you a bundle of switches for Christmas instead of gifts. So I told her there was no Santa. Well sure enough, Christmas morning when I got up there were all my little brother's gift and over in the corner was a bundle of switches with a big red bow and my name on the tag. I was so mad I threw them out in the yard. Of course my real gifts were hidden in the closet but my mom got a good laugh out of my reaction!
ReplyDeleteHaving doughnuts for breakfast, we NEVER got to eat doughnuts for breakfast during the rest of the year :)
